CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Contest Details, Concept and Participation:
a. These terms and conditions apply to the "Golden Breaks" programme for consumers (hereinafter referred to as Contest") sponsored and launched by ITC.
b. The contest is valid to all residents of India from 16/08/2023 to 13/11/2023 (herein after referred as "Contest Period").
2. During the Contest Period:
a. A total of 130753 winners will be drawn during the contest period for Cashback vouchers of Rs. 30
b. A total of 76277 winners will be drawn during the contest period for Food vouchers worth Rs.50
c. A total of 21799 winners will be drawn during the contest period for Rs. 100 Cab Voucher
3. Prizes:
a. Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of ITC.
b. One participant can win a maximum of 1 reward / prize during the promotion period.
c. The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event that the winner does not take the prize in the time and manner stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
d. Any unused prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash.
e. The image of the prize depicted on the press ads/posters/TVC's/pack shots etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize may vary from the depiction made.
f. ITC or its Agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the prize due to Act of God, Governmental action and other Force Majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.
4. Contacting Winners:
a. For Cab or Food Voucher & Cashback Voucher Winners: Once the Winners are selected, the Partner Agency appointed by ITC shall contact the winner via SMS on their registered mobile number within 24 -48 business hours. The winner will receive their Cab/Cashback/Food reward code along with a weblink to redeem the offer. Business Hours are from Monday to Friday, between 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, except public holidays.
5. General Terms and Conditions of the Contest:
a. This activity is open to persons of age 18 years and above, as on 16th August 2023. Participation in this activity is purely voluntary. Participation in this activity implies acceptance of these terms and conditions
b. This activity will start on 16 August 2023 and end on 09 November 2023. No entry or registration will be entertained after
c. This activity is open in all the States & UT of India. This activity is not open in Tamil Nadu (TN), any participation received from these states will not be considered. Participation will be treated as Void wherever such activities are prohibited under the local laws.
d. The eligible participants who intend to participate in the activity should watch the video and Spin the ‘Wheel of Fortune’ to stand a chance to win exciting rewards.
e. From all the valid entries received 217902 winners will be randomly selected to win rewards. The winners will be selected from the valid and eligible entries and will be informed through SMS for Cab / Food Voucher & Cashback Voucher.
f. The participant must not submit unlawful, offensive, inaccurate, misleading, abusive, pornographic, harassing, libellous, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethically objectionable, disparaging, or otherwise inappropriate material and agrees to obtain any consents, permission or licenses that may be legally required to submit any material or content and respect the privacy of others.
g. There is no warranty or assurance as to the quality of prize. The actual prize won may differ in size, shape or colour as compared to the ones depicted in communications.
h. Prize won is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
i. ITC Limited (ITC) reserves the right to reject the claim if any of the terms or conditions are not met. ITC will not be liable in any manner for any claim arising out of or in respect of this activity.
j. ITC reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this activity including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice or assigning any reason, at its sole discretion and without any liability.
k. Employees of ITC and their family members are not entitled to participate in this activity.
l. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata.

n. This offer is not available to employees, trade partners, retailers, distributors of ITC LTD and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients or agencies, and their immediate families.

Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter's promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.

Vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning the quality/ availability of featured offers. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged Vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, Vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
6. Terms & Conditions of Rs.50 Food Voucher
a. This Voucher entitles for Rs.50 off on Food Orders on Partner App in select cities of India.
Post the issuance of the unique code to the customer, the customer has 30 days to claim the reward, beyond which the code shall stand invalid.
Offer is valid on Partner Mobile App Android and iOS Version only.
Offer is valid once per user, one code can be redeemed only once.
Offer is valid on select prepaid payment modes only, i.e., they will not be applicable on orders under Cash on Delivery. The customer will have to adhere to all T&C of Food Delivery Partner including completing KYC formalities to avail the offer.
Offer valid for a single restaurant bill value only. The voucher amount can only be applied on the food amount only. Restaurant Charges, Order Packing Charges, Delivery Charges & Taxes to be paid by the customer.
Offer not applicable on Domino's COD Orders as per Partner platform rules.
Partner reserves the right to cancel/ change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without notice. In such cases, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd will provide an alternate reward of equal value which will fulfill our promotional obligations with you.

Food vouchers are non-refundable, whether one uses it or not.
Food voucher cannot be treated as a cash equivalent under any circumstances or interpretation and the vendor shall under no circumstance exchange the voucher for cash.
The validity of food Vouchers cannot be extended; new vouchers cannot be provided against the expired/unused Vouchers.
Multiple food vouchers cannot be clubbed in a single transaction.
Food Vouchers cannot be returned, reloaded or resold.
The food voucher cannot be combined with other special offers or promotions that may be on.
Lost/ stolen food vouchers will not be replaced/ compensated in any way by Service Provider or any vendors associated with this promo on.
If the order value exceeds the food voucher amount, the balance must be paid by the voucher holder by eligible payment methods available on partner’s App
One promo code can be used in one single transaction and the balance cannot be used for subsequent transactions.
In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher i.e. Rs.50
Terms and Conditions – Cashback
This offer entitles the end user cashback on their Online Wallet or Bank Account Or UPI. The customer will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method. The denomination of the cashback will be mentioned on the voucher/scratch card.
By redeeming the Offer provided on the same, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).
These Conditions apply to every person ("Participant”) redeeming the offer given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd, No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.
If you are not a wallet partner registered customer, you will be required to register on the wallet partner website or Mobile App to receive your wallet cashback.

All Participants agree that wallet partners offering discount vouchers may at any time stipulate additional terms and conditions for redemption of the discount vouchers and such terms and conditions shall be binding on the Participants and shall apply to every redemption of recharge/discount voucher by the Participants.
The Wallet Partner or the payment processing partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies.
In the event of any fraud detection, the wallet partner or the payment processing partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.
The Participant acknowledges that relevant state and central taxes may be deducted by the merchant while redeeming the discount offer and therefore, the amount reflected in the voucher may not be the same as the final redemption value received by the Participant.
In no event shall Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or its partner agency be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including redemption requests not being honoured by the wallet partner or the payment processing partner.

Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Kolkata.
The wallet partner or the payment processing partner reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behaviour or invalid details/credentials. The wallet partner or the payment processing partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user's identity.

This offer entitles you to Rs. 100 Off On Partner Cab App.
The Partner Cab Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
Only 1 voucher per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be used together.
This offer is subject to promotional availability.
One code can be redeemed only once.
Cabs will be provided subject to availability.
Applicable only on rides booked on the Partner App.
Partner Cab Vouchers are non-refundable, whether you use it or not. This voucher cannot be treated as a cash equivalent under any circumstances or interpretation and the vendor shall under no circumstance exchange the voucher for cash.
